We began by looking at all internal sales and marketing processes to ensure optimal performance to enable the 102 Scenic Drive sales team to solicit qualified buyers and sell in the Lethbridge real estate market. We then implemented a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that included ongoing sales management, a multi-tier marketing program that included a new project website, a pricing and phasing strategy, digital advertising and design and interior selection recommendations.
