Harmony is a thoughtfully designed lake community located 15 minutes west of Calgary. Bordeaux Developments approached Cityblock Agency in March 2019 for help improving the community’s digital and content management.

Challenge
Cityblock was tasked with reimagining the approach and management of Harmony’s digital program to help improve qualified visitors to the website and support showhome and website traffic for community home builders. In addition, we wanted to generate awareness and solicit buyer interest through harnessing connection points that resonated with the target cohort(s) desire for a better lifestyle grounded in the concept of stronger community and access to rich amenities.
Approach & Solution
It was essential to position the story of the Harmony project as one of innovation and growth. Therefore, we developed a comprehensive content strategy plan to institute breadth, intrigue, and impact so as to orchestrate a fresh resonance around Harmony as a progressive community, its wondrous amenities, and the stunning homes built by its partner builders. This new content and media were then rolled out into a multi-tier digital marketing PPC campaign.
