Job Description:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for effective communication and a passion for real estate? Cityblock Agency, on behalf of our confidential client, is seeking a Part-Time contractor Residential Leasing Administrator for a new luxury residential project in Calgary. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the leasing operations for a community of 70 residential units and play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leasing leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
- Appointment Coordination: Book and confirm appointments, including tours and meetings with prospective tenants.
- Walk-In Traffic Support: Assist walk-in visitors and provide information about available units and leasing procedures.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand prospective tenants’ needs and preferences.
- Application Support: Guide applicants through the leasing process, including application support and qualification via CRM and email.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with property management and prospective tenants.
- Financial Transactions: Accept deposits, handle debit batching, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Tour Support: Assist the senior leasing agent with property tours and other leasing-related tasks as required, based on lead volume.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by project management to support overall project success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in residential leasing or property management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM, YARDI, Microsoft and Google Suite considered an asset.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and forward-thinking in all interactions.
- Availability: Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends, with afternoon and evening shifts.
- Work Environment: Onsite work is required.
